Siobhan is the studio owner and Pilates instructor trained with Body Control Pilates. Siobhan offers mat, classical mat, reformer & private Pilates sessions.

Studio Administrator

Jo Downs is a mum of 2 crazy little boys who loves meeting people, keeping fit, eating fabulous food and catching up with friends over a lovely glass of wine. Oh and she's addicted to sunflower seeds!

Kayleigh Lawrence

Pilates Instructor

Kayleigh swam professionally growing up, trained with Alan Herdmen and is qualified to teach mat and equipment as well as pre and post natal Pilates.


Jaime Rangeley

Yoga Instructor
A dancer for many years, Jaime has long had a passion for the human body and how it moves. At Arizona State University, Jaime earned a Bachelor’s degree of Fine Arts in Dance. Yoga with Jaime is a flow style that incorporates alignment within the postures, building heat in the body, focusing the mind, and breath work. Class is suitable for all levels. 

Julika Carter

Barre Instructor

Julika specialises in Barre and offers Body Sculpt Barre and Weights classes on Saturday mornings. Her classes are challenging, result orientated and fun!
