Liz has been doing Pilates for four years and originally trained with Body Control.
Her aim is to share her knowledge and help others improve their lifestyles, as originally she discovered Pilates through her own needs after having her son.
Liz teaches mat based Pilates from beginners to intermediate including Pilates on the roller and standing Pilates! Liz teaches her classes at the studio on Wednesdays 10am-12pm and Fridays 10am-12pm. When not teaching Liz spends time with her family, running or reading.
