Sarah Mead discovered Pilates in 2004 and has been hooked ever since, noting the strength and changes in her own body. She completed her Teacher Training at the end of 2012 with YBFIT Training in Surrey and was thrown in the deep end from the start and loved every minute of it! Sarah's classes are fun and challenging with an emphasis on warming the body, relaxing the mind and working that core! Sarah also feels life is all about that sense of balance - so with that in mind, she loves to mix good friends, good food, with a dirty martini and a fabulous pair of heels for a relax and a good time!
