Steph trained in Barre Concept in 2014 and has been teaching for the last 3 years. In January 2018 she achieved her Mat Pilates qualification with YBFIT. Steph decided to train in Barre and Pilates for something new to teach that was more technical and hands on.
She has a passion for improving people's postures and helping them lead a more comfortable life within their bodies. This journey started for her after having her third and child to get back in shape.
Steph teaches Barre on Wednesday mornings at 11am, Saturdays at 11.30am and coming soon in February; Monday nights at 7.30pm. She also has a beginners / improvers mat class on Wednesdays at 10am. When not teaching Steph spends time with her three children.
