Beginner Reformer Course

A beginner reformer course should be taken for a minimum of 10 weeks to establish a firm knowledge of moving and setting up the equipment, knowing how to change your springs, when and why!

The repotoire will be the same every week to establish memory and how to work correctly. It will give you the exposure of working alongside others and time will be taken to stop and review any part that is not fully understood with demonstrations and class discussion to help.

You can repeat the series as many times as you feel is necessary for your own body. It is particularly beneficial to take the 10 sessions as close together as possible and we do like to suggest coming at least twice a week if your life allows such focus on your own body!
