Classic mat Pilates is a challenging mat class focused on those intent on increasing their endurance and cardiovascular performance. This mat class provides a more rigorous body conditioning as each exercise connects with the next and will usually take 50 minutes in total. Be prepared to move! You will be advised throughout the class where modifications to the classic order from 100s to push up might be needed for your body. Siobhan will take all the classes and you can start as a beginner or an experienced body!
